International insurance is not always available.
We cannot be responsible for uninsured lost mail.
~ Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and
are your responsibility as the customer.
~ Your shipping cost come directly from USPS plus $4.00 fee for
processing, packaging, and shipping your order.
~ We package all items very carefully with

Returns – Refunds Policy
~ We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery,
if the item is unused and in its original condition,
we will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs.
~ You will then receive a credit back to your Paypal account, credit
card, or a check from us minus the cost of shipping and handling.
~ Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance cost.
~ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please
email us as soon as possible at support@getintuitive.com with
your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
